Our Disabled Facilities

We are very proud of our provisions for people with disabilities.

Facilities and access are designed with thorough practical consideration for people who use a wheelchair and include:

• Fully Wheelchair Accessible
• Wheel-in Shower. (wheel in Shower Chair if needed)
• Electrical Adjustable Sink Hob heights. (Broadwater cottage)
• Voyager ceiling track hoist, Ashwell & Smiths. (can go into wet rooms from bedroom. Guests to bring  own loop sling)
• Toilet seat risers
• Bed Raisers
• Safety rail

The kitchen of Broadwater Cottage has been designed for disabled people by Adam Thomas of Access Matcaters.

There is an electric sink and hob riser giving wheelchair users complete independence.

Both of the two-bedroom cottages, Ashwell and Smiths have a Voyager ceiling track hoist.
